About EEDPL

Education and Environment Development Pvt. Ltd (EED) Nepal was registered in the year 2021 with the purpose of the research and consultancy services in the education, environment, and development sectors. The company is initiated by a group of educationists, trainers, researchers, climate change experts, and DRR experts. The company has worked in different districts, namely: Okhaldhunga, Sindhuli, Ramechap, Kavrepalanchok, Nuwakot, Rasuwa, Dolakha, Sindhupalchok, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kathmandu, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha, and Makwanpur, with the funding of different agencies.

EED has reached out to more than 270 schools for the DRR promotion and planning, Local Adaptation Plan of Action and Vulnerability Capacity Assessment, integrated curriculum, Local Curriculum Development, Teacher Training, and baseline, endline, and impact evaluation of different projects. EED-Nepal operates the program in the following major areas.

Organizational Objectives: 

  1. To increase the efficiency and efficiency of the educational unemployed people in the country and people involved in various professions
  2. Conduct various types of trainings in collaboration with various domestic and foreign companies after obtaining permission from the relevant authorities.
  3. Conduct research, baseline survey, mid-term, endline survey and lead evaluation study in the field of Inclusive Education, Environment, Climate Change Adaptation and DRR.
  4. To improve the educational quality of teachers working in government and private schools.
  5. Act as a quality center to conduct professional development training and research initiatives
  6. To provide consultancy service for the NGOs/INGOs working on Education, Environment, Climate Change Adaptation and DRR, Health, WASH and advocacy.
  7. Provide services to the NGOs/INGOs and CBOs in coordination with national and international education experts organizations with similar objectives.
